What's New - during Covid

Long time, no typey stuff here in the blog.

Well, first the obvious thing has happened, for the last 9 months, I've had one actual performance with Mercury7, now evolving into an "80's cover/party band", that was actually last month with an outdoor neighborhood party. It was socially distanced of course.

What have I been doing? Mostly I've been here in the beautiful recording studios of Wounded Duck Records. I've written/composed/arranged a bunch of originals, plus a bunch of covers.

I'm mostly doing two things:

1) Composing and entering a new market of my music, "relaxation" songs and playlists. Back in the 80's and 90's, relaxation tapes/CD's were a thing. Nowadays, in the streaming market, I've put out my relaxation playlists onto Spotify and SoundCloud.

2) Mostly for fun, making covers of favorite bands, theme songs from TV, and just experimenting around.

For the next week or so, it's back in the studio and revamping a lot of Holiday tunes.
